We have been in business for 9 years HERE in the greater Houston area. All of our crews are skilled craftsmen so we definitely will not be dropping off day labor like many of our competitors. All crew members go through classroom and hands-on training to become certified installers for our products through the manufacturer. We also repeat training annually. In addition to inpections from the city and the windstorm engineers, we have our own in house quality control that performs inspections on every job. All jobs get an initial inspection with a full report that goes to the homeowner and a quality control inspection to verify everything is perfect before you are asked to pay a dime! Insured & bonded.
Devin Chambers - Owner
Devin started off as a young child helping his grandfather with a wide range of construction projects ranging from fencing and stables to new construction homes. He studied graphics design at College of the Mainland before working his way to the top of organizations such as Bp & Kinder Morgan in the Safety Management & Control of Work fields. Devin & his wife Laken live in Dickinson, Texas with a 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter. Devin coaches little league baseball and is on the executive leadership team for Business Networking International. He always had a dream of founding a construction company that put ethics & integrity above profits. After hearing about contractor horror stories time & time again, he founded Upper Hand Construction LLC in 2014. For 9 years now, Devin and his team have been committed to putting customers first and building a name associated with trust in our community. His main goal is to turn a homeowner's vision of their exterior renovation into reality!

Richard - Project Consultant
Richard graduated from South Houston High School and attended The University of Houston. He then went on to serve 6 years in the US Air Force followed by 3 years in the US Navy. Richard has been married to his wife Kozette for 30 years and fathered three children and five grandchildren. Richard and Kozette live in Clear Lake, Texas.
Richard brings 40 years experience specializing in roof installations, repairs & modifications on a variety of roofing systems. He has extended working knowledge of many other aspects of building as well such as siding, windows & gutters. He assessed damage, documented scope of work, sold & managed hundreds of home improvement projects in the Houston area over the years so he brings you a wealth of knowledge.

Jerad graduated from La Marque High School and has worked with Upper Hand Roofing since 2014. He and Taylor live in Webster, Texas and they have 2 beautiful daughters. Over the years, his dedication and attention to detail has helped him work his way up from a simple helper to a quality control specialist. While many companies "roof & run", Upper Hand Roofing is dedicated to quality and Jerad inspects every job after completion to ensure the quality of our workmanship is always #1. From roofing to siding and gutters, Jerad has extensive construction knowledge and you can count on him to evaluate our workmanship to the highest standards.

Jackie graduated from Clear Creek High School and has two kiddos. Her sales & administrative experience thereafter set her up for success at Upper Hand Roofing. As soon as you talk to Jackie you will feel very comfortable because she has a bubbly personality combined with down to earth relate-ability. Jackie attends all of our installer training to ensure she knows whats going on with your roof even though she is stuck at the office.
